Now that you are ready to make an appointment, congratulations! This is a first step to getting your pet onto a gentle healing path.
Please read the following terms.
- I understand that Dr. Doyle practices classical Hahnemannian homeopathy, and that homeopathy is a medical system that is not similar to conventional medicine. I affirm that I will follow her instructions to the best of my ability.
- I understand that the initial 1-hour intake appointment starts at $175, and that my deposit of $70 is non-refundable.
- I understand that I need to allow 24 hours’ notice to change my appointment, and that with 24 hours’ notice my deposit is still good. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, my deposit is forfeited and I understand that I will make another non-refundable deposit at the time of rescheduling.
- I understand that appointments happen Tuesday through Friday, not on Saturdays, Sundays, nor Mondays.
- I understand that if I am making an appointment for a telephone consultation, I am to call AnimaliA Veterinary Care at the appointment time (Eastern Time Zone) at 304-258-5819.
- I understand that if I am making an in-clinic appointment, my pet will be restrained. Dogs on leashes, cats in carriers.
- I will have my pet’s records from all previous veterinarians sent to Dr. Doyle at janelauradoyle@gmail.com, as much as possible.
